Dark Chocolate Truffle
These tradition truffles are a blend of 3 chocolates combined in a creamy filling. Not very sweet, this is for those who enjoy a rich, dark chocolatey experience. Handmade by us just for you.

Fresh Ginger Ganache
We took a big chunk of fresh ginger, chopped it up and used it to flavor the ganache (creamy, chocolate center). It’s finished with a piece of crystallized ginger producing a zesty, flavorful chocolate.

Ginger Marzipan
The two tastes just complement each other so well. The sweet, almond taste of the marzipan is enhanced by the fresh ginger ganache that comprises the second layer. One of our favorite creations.

Dark Chocolate Royal
We use a Grand Marnier flavor to give this creamy chocolate a taste that will transport you to Pleasure island. Freshly hand made by us in our nearby factory.

Habanero Hot Pepper with Dried Mango
Not for the faint of heart, this tasty piece of chocolate provides you with a fruity aroma before you notice the pleasing warmth spreading throughout your mouth. With chili and lime dried mango added.

Honey Vanilla with Sea Salt
Our best seller. You’ll savor the combination of sweet and salty that characterizes this chocolate. The silky smooth ganache is flavored with raw honey and a real vanilla bean and covered with a complex Venezuelan chocolate. Finished with Italian sea salt.
